character design drawing

This was my first time drawing with proportions so i found it quite challenging. After watching the video i found a reference image(as shown below) and began.

Once I had finished I used Office Lens to take a picture of the design. It isn’t the best quality as my drawing skills aren’t the best but I hope I can improve as time goes on. I also added more detail afterwards but I felt like it ruined the drawing and so I used the original picture i had taken. Some details aren’t accurate/aren’t sized correctly (like hands and feet)but that’s another thing I will improve on in the future.
finally I attempted the second proportion of just a face but really struggled to get it right even after following the tutorial so I just stuck with the first one.
